You might be looking at my background and wondering why I'd want this role.
I don't apply to everything. When I reach out, it's because something caught my attention — the problem, the company, where it's heading. I'd rather do meaningful work somewhere that fits than chase titles that don't.
What I bring
Thirty years of operational leadership across Disney, Tesla, CarsDirect, and others. I've built systems that still run decades later. I've walked into broken situations and found the shift that made them work.
I see both the macro and the details. I tell the truth about what I find. And I build things that last after I'm gone.
Whether the role is executive, senior individual contributor, or somewhere in between — if the work matters and the fit is right, I'm interested.
